We offer free finger sizers so you can be confident in your order, but your finger may still change over time. If your Black Tie Ring doesn't fit anymore because your finger has changed sizes, return it to us and we will replace it for free, no questions asked. Black Tie Rings will offer a discounted replacement price on any Tungsten Carbide ring which becomes damaged in any way as a result of everyday activities and unintentional circumstances.

If you believe your ring has become damaged and may be eligible for replacement, please contact us with the details of your situation. We will examine your case and if approved issue a replacement ring at a discounted price. Replacements are usually shipped within a few days. Users must provide their original receipt as well as return the damaged ring to us. In the event that the same model ring is no longer available, Black Tie Rings will work with the customer to choose a suitable replacement from available stock. If the chosen replacement is more expensive than the original ring, and additional upgrade fee may be applied at the discretion of Black Tie Rings.
